VISIT TOTTORI CITY

The "20th Century pear" is a signature flavor of Tottori, and it enters its peak season from late summer to autumn. Loved for its juicy and refined sweetness, abundant fruit juices, and cruncy texture, it is one of Japan’s representative pears. Unlike typical Western pears, it is marked by its round shape.

The Fukube Pear Picking Road is found in Fukube Town, Tottori City, a town near the Tottori Sand Dunes where the Sea of Japan and pear orchards create a beautiful landscape. This road is lined with numerous pear orchards where you can enjoy pear picking experiences.

Various pear varieties are available each season, and direct sales stores display rows upon rows of freshly picked pears for sale.
