A facility where you can make your own “tofu chikuwa”
This facility offers a hands-on experience in making “tofu chikuwa,” a traditional food from eastern Tottori Prefecture. It is a simple process: the dough, made with a 7:3 ratio of tofu to fish, is kneaded, wrapped around bamboo sticks, and baked. “Tofu chikuwa” that you have made yourself tastes exceptionally delicious.
You can also try making fresh tempura here. Choose your favorite ingredients from options such as fish paste, edamame, corn, cheese, and octopus, mix them into the batter, and fry to create your own original tempura.
