You can bring the ingredients you have purchased at the market to the restaurant and have them prepared and cooked for you. There is a fee for bringing in ingredients and for cooking, but it is highly recommended if you wish to enjoy fresh dishes such as sashimi, boiled fish, or grilled fish made with ingredients you have selected yourself.
The direct sales corner also sells various processed foods such as soy sauce, tofu, and jam, which make perfect gifts to bring back with you.
