Discover Gentle, Vegan-Friendly Dining in Tottori

What is Vegan?

A vegan diet is a fully plant-based way of eating that excludes not only meat and seafood, but also all animal-derived products such as eggs, dairy, and honey.
As it is centered on vegetables and legumes, it is rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants, while being low in fat and calories. It is expected to offer various health benefits, including reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases, weight management, improved gut health, and better skin condition.

With the goal of increasing the number of restaurants offering vegan cuisine—so that visitors from both within and outside Tottori Prefecture can enjoy their meals with peace of mind in Tottori City—the Tottori Vegan No.1 Project Promotion Council was established in December 2025.
